Project Overview:
The project products are suitable for intelligent unmanned loading of palletized materials in different vehicle models for road transportation. It can easily solve the "pain points" of low efficiency, high cost, unsafe, and high pollution encountered by traditional "manual+forklift" loading method for product manufacturers with different packaging methods such as bags, barrels, boxes, packaging, bottles, and cans. The product of this project is used for loading, and the loading of 27 tons of goods can be completed within 5 minutes at the fastest. The loading process realizes intelligent unmanned operation, filling the domestic gap and achieving domestic substitution. The products of this project are equipped with a 5G remote operation and maintenance management system, which can provide users with remote technical support for operation and maintenance management and troubleshooting of in-use equipment to ensure the highest efficiency of equipment use.

Application Prospects/Expected Benefits:
The project products are used for the delivery and loading of palletized materials, achieving a "machine for manpower" loading process without the need for forklift operations. Compared with the original loading mode, the efficiency is improved by more than 150%, and the cost is reduced by more than 80%. There are no forklift exhaust emissions at the loading operation site, effectively ensuring safe production and environmental protection.
